A blow to Maccabi Tel Aviv: Lorenzo Brown, who was injured during the first half of the victory over Elba Berlin, suffers from a sprained ankle and will be out for two to three weeks.
This means that Brown, Ketsch's leading point guard and the team's key player this season, will miss a series of important games.
Among other things, he will definitely miss the Tel Aviv derby on Sunday, as well as the Euroleague games against Olympiakos and Barcelona away.
Apparently, he will also miss the game in Valencia, two days after the visit to Barcelona.
The Yellow-Blues will hope that Brown recovers in time for the home game against Red Star on February 9, or at the very least for the State Cup semifinal against Ness Ziona City four days later.
Either way, in 10 days a renewed assessment of his condition will be conducted, and the final length of absence will be determined.

Brown averages 16.6 points this season (6th place in the Euroleague), 6 assists (4th place in the Euroleague) and 3.2 rebounds per game.
In the game against Elba Berlin, Wade Baldwin took the reins in his absence and set a career high of 33 points, en route to victory.
Now Maccabi Tel Aviv will need additional costs on his part.
