Feyenoord and Twente parted ways tonight (Sunday) with a 1:1 draw in the Dutch football league.
Despite an incredible atmosphere in the stands at Feyenoord's stadium, the game did not rise to a high level.
Feyenoord took the lead in the 34th minute with a beautiful goal by Igor Paishau, and in a messy second half the team from Rotterdam had several good chances, but it was Davey Klaasen in the 71st minute that tied the game 1:1.
Feyenoord maintains the first place in the table with a gap of 5 points over Ajax, and 3 points from PSV Eindhoven.
