EC Peiting makes sure that its followers don't get bored.
The Oberliga derby against EV Füssen rocked back and forth.
The decision was only made in extra time.

– EC Peiting had all won the previous three Oberliga duels against EV Füssen (3:2, twice 5:3).
At the fourth meeting on Sunday evening (January 22nd), however, the Peitingen team had to give way to the Allgäu team.
In an extremely entertaining game, the home side equalized a 1:3 deficit in the last two minutes, but in the end they had to draw 3:4 (0:0, 1:0, 2:3, 0:1 ) give up.
The fight for sixth place, which guarantees direct participation in the play-off, will still be a tough job.
The fiercest competitor, ECDC Memmingen, won 6:5 after extra time against the sovereign table leader Weiden yesterday.
With luck, Peiting survived almost four minutes outnumbered
The hosts started determinedly and immediately put the forward gear.
Just 45 seconds had passed when Marc Besl fired from a short distance.
However, his shot was too inaccurate and Benedikt Hötzinger was able to easily parry.
Then Felix Brassard tested the Füssen goalkeeper twice in quick succession (4th each time).
Gradually, however, the Füsseners freed themselves from the pressure from Peitingen and started their first offensive actions.
Jere Hellenius appeared free in front of Konrad Fiedler, but the Peitingen goalie fended off with ease (8th).
A little later, the ECP was lucky again when Julian Straub missed without pressure (11th).
Things got really tricky for the home side when first David Miller and then Lukas Gohlke each received a time penalty.
During the four-minute shorthand, there were several flare-ups in front of the Peitinger box.
But either Fiedler fended off, and when he was beaten, Andreas Feuerecker saved in dire need (16th).
After that, the home side regained the upper hand, but they failed to score.

In the second half, it was the guests from the Allgäu who set the tone.
Peiting's goalkeeper Fiedler had to use all his skills again when he quickly blocked a shot from Hellenius (25').

Within a minute and a half they took advantage of the home side's carelessness in defense and made it 1: 1 (48th) and 2: 1 (49th).
When a rather harmless shot from Carl Zimmermann was deflected and made it 3:1 in the Peitingen goal (53rd), this premier league derby seemed decided.
"We lost the thread a bit there," stated Coach Saal.
With three minutes left he took his keeper off the field in favor of another outfield player - and he was rewarded for his risk-taking.
The people of Peiting, who fought like lions, shortened the lead to 2:3 (58th) through David Miller.

In extra time, the home side had several chances to transfer the extra point to their account.
After captain Andreas Feuerecker received a controversial penalty time, the Füssen team used the subsequent majority to make it 4:3 (65th).
