Serbian Novak Djokovic qualified for the quarter-finals of the Australian Open tennis tournament, after defeating Australian Alex de Minor.
Djokovic, the defending champion nine times, easily defeated his opponent, the host and the audience, in three clean sets, with a score of 6/2, 6/1 and 6/2.
The Serbian star will meet in the next round of the first of the four major (Grand Slam) tournaments this year, the Russian Andrei Rublev.
