NBA: Orlando stopped Boston's run, Milwaukee shelled out 150 points | Israel today

Seven games were played tonight (between Monday and Tuesday) in the NBA league, when in the focal point Boston's run stopped, and Milwaukee returned to a full squad and ran over.

Paolo Bancro, the first pick in the draft, scored 23 points, Jonathan Isaac played in an NBA game for the first time in two and a half years, and the Orlando Magic broke the nine-game winning streak of Boston Celtics with a 98:113 victory.

Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown scored 26 points each for the Celtics, who managed to score just three points after Tatum's 3-pointer cut Orlando's lead to 97:95 with six minutes left in the game.

The Celtics, whose 13:35 record is still the best in the league, haven't lost since January 3rd in Oklahoma City.

"I think that says more about Orlando and how they played tonight," Boston coach Joe Mazzola said.

"They were physical, and I thought they played really well."

Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 20 of his 29 points in the first quarter, returning to the lineup after a five-game absence, to lead the Milwaukee Bucks to a 130:150 victory over the Detroit Pistons tonight.

The two-time MVP was joined by star Khris Middleton, putting the Bucks' prolific duo on the same roster for the first time in over a month.

Yanis was absent due to a sore knee.

Middleton, who has not played since Dec. 15 due to knee pain as well, contributed eight points and four assists.

The Bucks scored 49 points in the first quarter, just 2 points less than the NBA record, and led Detroit by 25 points at the start.

Utah (25:24) - Charlotte (34:13) 102:120


Lauri Markkanen scored 25 points and led the Utah Jazz who beat the Charlotte Hornets 102:120.

The Hornets scored only two 3-pointers in the game, both by Terry Rozier, the fewest scored by an NBA team in a single game this season.

Charlotte had 16 attempts from beyond the arc, shooting 12.5%, while the Jazz shot 16 of 40.

The previous low for Charlotte this season was five shots, most recently on Dec. 3 at Milwaukee.

Jordan Clarkson scored 18 points and Mike Conley added 14 for the Jazz, who have won three of their last four games.

Terry Rozier scored 23 points and Mason Plumlee had 18 for the Hornets, who were trying to win three straight games for the first time this season.

Charlotte leading scorer LaMlo Ball missed his second straight game with ankle and wrist soreness.
