The quarter-finals of the Australian Open started today (Tuesday).
Karen Khachanov is the first to qualify for the semi-finals, after his opponent Sebastian Korda retired during the third set when the result was 0:2 (6:7, 3:6, 0:3) to the Russian tennis player ranked 18th in the world.
In the semi-finals, Khachanov will meet the winner of the match between Stefanos Tsitsipas (4) and Yiri Lehchaka (71), who will meet later.

In the women's, Elena Rybakina (25) got the first ticket to the semi-finals after beating Yelena Ostapenko (17) 0:2 (2:6, 4:6) and will meet the winner between Jessica Pegula (3) and Victoria Azarenka (24), Let them face each other today.
Rivakina, who won the last Wimbledon and knocked out Shviontek in the current championship, is in great shape and looks like she can win a second Grand Slam in her career.
