The women's windsurfing team today (Tuesday) started its journey in the opening competition of the season at the World Cup in Lanzarote, in Spain in an amazing way, with four Israeli surfers in the top five after four trips today.
Sharon Kantor is in second place overall (out of 64 participants) after winning the third cruise and second place in the other three cruises.
It is currently only two points behind Spain's Pillar Madrid, which is in first place.
In places 3-4 and 5 are Kati Spichkov, Daniela Peleg and Shahar Tibi, who finished the first three cruises of the day one after the other regularly.
Rounding out the top ten is Maya Morris in ninth place.
The men also had an excellent Sunday with a good representation in the top ten.
Tom Reuveni wins two of the four cruises and places himself in third place overall (out of 84 participants).
In sixth place is Yoav Cohen with cruises in places 5,5,11,3 and Tomer Vardimon closes the top ten with results of 4,17,3,14.
Nimrod Messiah is ranked 63.
