The indictment, filed by attorney Tal Banai Gat, reveals that the defendants conspired to rob the luxury apartment in the Abramov Bezek. In order to carry out their plan, the defendants replaced the front license plate of their vehicle with another vehicle authorized to enter the building's parking lot and the rear license plate with another vehicle. to obscure their identity.

During January, late at night, the defendants arrived at the building where the businessman lived, dressed in black and in possession of an airsoft gun, handcuffs, thick adhesive paper and pliers.

They bailed him out near his apartment and when he got to the apartment, the accused entered with him by force, knocked him to the floor and threatened him and told him "this is the end of your life if you don't be quiet" while blocking his mouth with adhesive paper.

After that, the defendants began to remove from the businessman items that were on his body such as the luxury watch in his possession and many pieces of jewelry that he wore worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.

At this point, the defendants handcuffed his hands and feet and emptied the contents of his pockets.

At this point, the defendants forced the complainant into the downstairs bathroom and demanded information about the valuables in the apartment, the businessman told them that there was a safe in the apartment and gave them wrong codes.

The defendants continued to demand that the businessman open the safe which was locked in light of the previous attempts.

In response to this, the defendants beat the businessman, attached a pliers to his ear and the dummy gun to his head while inflicting many injuries on his body.

Following a call from a woman who heard what was happening, the police arrived at the scene, since there was no answer they entered the apartment.

Then the businessman offered the defendants to take the handcuffs off his boots, so that they would introduce themselves as his friends and they accepted and the businessman introduced those friends to the police, but they were arrested.

In the request for detention until the end of the proceedings, which was submitted at the same time, Advocate Banai - Gat stated that: "This is a well-planned robbery attempt, when the respondents knew that Abramov had a luxury watch, they learned in advance how to enter the building's parking lot (and for this purpose they changed the license plates of a vehicle they had ), and that Abramov is not in the apartment but is expected to return to it late at night.

Also, it is a robbery that was carried out by the three respondents together, using violence and threats against Abramov in his apartment."

The defendants were charged with conspiracy to commit a crime (robbery), attempted robbery under aggravated circumstances, changing the identity of a vehicle and entering and breaking into a residence.

In the request for arrest, it was noted that Lahavat Yaakov Abuhazira has nine previous convictions, among others for robbery under aggravated circumstances and conspiracy to commit a crime, for which he was sentenced to an actual prison sentence of 64 months, Lahavat Yosef Abuhazira has seven previous convictions, for a variety of offenses, including threats.

The acts in question were committed while a two-month suspended prison sentence is pending against him and Guy Ben Shimon has six previous convictions for numerous property offenses as well as offenses of violating a legal order, assaulting a police officer while performing his duties, assaulting a public servant and obstructing a police officer in the performance of his duties.
