Hapoel Tel Aviv announced today (Wednesday) that before the Tel Aviv derby against Maccabi tonight (20:00), the club will hold a ceremony honoring its all-time top scorer, Shia Feigenbaum.
Feigenbaum (75), a great Hapoel pioneer, played for the club for 14 years, during which he won two championships with the team, the State Cup and the Asian Cup.
Shia played in 431 games in all formats, in which he scored 175 goals and scored 49. In addition, Shia coached the team in two different terms in which he left Hapoel in the Premier League after a great survival campaign in the 2004/2005 season.
Feigenbaum is also the Hapoel Tel Aviv player with the most number of appearances and caps in the Israeli national team, with 51 appearances in the national uniform, in which he scored 24 goals.
