The 23-year-old Naor began his career as a boy at Beitar Jerusalem, moved to the youth department of Maccabi Tel Aviv and from there to Hapoel Katamon, in media he also made his senior debut. He played in the National League, helped the team qualify for the Premier League and became captain when it was renamed Hapoel Jerusalem. In the Premier League, Noor scored two goals (one last season and one this season) in 43 appearances.
In October 2021, the midfielder was called up to the Israel national team for the first time and in September 2022, he made his debut in a 2:1 loss to Malta in a friendly match.
