Following the request of Maccabi and Hapoel Tel Aviv and their investment, with the help of the knowledge of the German operations team, a system was installed in addition to the security nets for hanging layout flags to be used by the fans for decoration purposes.
The cost of the project in the amount of about 100,000 euros was financed by the Municipality of Tel Aviv and the home clubs of the stadium.
