The conflict between PSG and the mayor of Paris is not about to stop.
This Thursday, invited to Télématin by Thomas Sotto, Anne Hidalgo, the mayor (PS) of Paris, was asked about the recent differences with PSG and its president Nasser Al-Khelaïfi.
"I understand of course the economy of a club of this level in which the ownership of the stadium is part of the economic equation," said Hidalgo.
I hear it but the Parc des Princes is not for sale”.
At the insistence of the journalist from France 2, Anne Hidalgo even drives the point home: “Definitely.
On the other hand, of course that with my club, because it is my club PSG, and its President (Nasser Al-Khelaïfi), we have to talk to each other”.
This formula made the leader of the ultras Paris collective, Romain Mabille, jump.
"It's neither your club, nor your city, nor your stadium!!!!", he launched on Instagram.
“If you want to be the star, we will soon put you in the spotlight”.
A little further, Anne Hidalgo is sure of herself on the fact that PSG will remain at the Parc des Princes.
“You know, I don't think there are a lot of B plans,” said Hidalgo.
And at the mention of the Stade de France, a possibility expressed by Emmanuel Macron, the mayor of Paris is unequivocal: “I wish him good luck in selling the Stade de France.
This is an assumption often mentioned in the media but I think it is not a reasonable assumption.
The Stade de France must host more than competitions linked to a single club.

If Anne Hidalgo reaffirms her position on the fact that the Parc des Princes is not for sale, she also proclaimed her love for the club in a rather unprecedented way.
“I think we have to get out of this situation.
I like this club, I want PSG to be able to prosper.
If there is work to be done, it must be done.
I will accompany this work as best as I can because I care about this team and its performance.
For the rest, it's discussion that we must have in a reasonable way between reasonable people.
