BVB signs Julien Duranville

Borussia Dortmund has caught the next top talent.

The runners-up signed the 16-year-old Belgian U19 international Julien Duranville and gave him a long-term contract.

The winger last played for 34-time Belgian champions RSC Anderlecht.

"Juli is a fast, technically strong and creative winger in whom we see great potential," said sporting director Sebastian Kehl.

Duranville is still recovering from a muscle injury sustained in the fall.

After that, according to Kehl, he should "be brought up to the level of the Bundesliga step by step".

Bayern loan Nick Salihamidzic to Italy

Bayern Munich have loaned out their right-back Nick Salihamidzic again.

The son of sports director Hasan Salihamidzic will be handed over to the Italian second division bottom Cosenza Calcio for six months.

The 19-year-old's contract with Munich runs until 2025.

Salihamidzic recently ended his one-and-a-half-year loan spell with Canadian MLS club Vancouver Whitecaps.

There he played five games for the second team.

In January 2022, Bayern raised Salihamidzic from the U19s to their second team, which plays in the Bayern Regionalliga.

Salihamidzic has played there twice so far.

HSV signs attacker Nemeth – contract until 2026

Hamburger SV have signed their third winter signing: Attacker Andras Nemeth (20/Hungary) comes from KRC Genk to second place in the 2nd division and has been given a contract until the summer of 2026.

HSV had previously loaned central defender Javo Montero (Spain) from Besiktas Istanbul, while left-back Noah Katterbach came to the Elbe from 1. FC Köln.

Greuther Fürth lends offensive player Dudziak

Second division club SpVgg Greuther Fürth is loaning midfielder Jeremy Dudziak to the Turkish first division club Hatayspor until the summer.

In addition, both clubs agreed on a purchase option for the 27-year-old.

"We wish Jeremy all the best, especially that he gets into a good rhythm and can play regularly," said Managing Director Sport Rachid Azzouzi.

Fürth starts the second half of the season on Saturday at Holstein Kiel (1 p.m. / Sky).

Possible Löw engagement in Belgium?

World champion coach Joachim Löw will probably not become the national coach of the Belgian national team.

"There's nothing to it," said Löw's advisor Harun Arslan of "Sport Bild".

The Belgian newspaper "Het Nieuwsblad" had previously reported that the 62-year-old Löw was one of the candidates to succeed Roberto Martínez (49) and was "shortlisted".

In addition to Löw, Argentinian Mauricio Pochettino (50), ex-Paris Saint-Germain coach, is said to be on the list of a task force looking for possible candidates for the Belgian association.

The Portuguese André Villas-Boas (45) and the Spaniard Rafael Benitez (62) are also traded.

Löw, who led the DFB team to the World Cup title in Brazil in 2014, has been without a job since July 2021.

After 15 years as national coach, he stopped in the summer of 2021 after falling in the round of 16 and has since taken a break.
