Boston (15:35) - New York (23:27)
120:117.
In a game that went into overtime, the slump the Celtics slipped into was highlighted with a third straight loss, despite an impressive comeback in the last quarter.
It looked like Boston was showing character, coming back from 13 down to force overtime.
She did so with a fast-paced offensive game and an uncompromising defensive game that seemed to break the Knicks.
In overtime, the game was close, but Boston's hands shook in the final seconds, when on the other hand, Julius Randle kept his composure from the line with two shots, with 7 seconds remaining.
Randall was above everyone tonight (Friday) with 37 points, when Jaylen Bronson, who blocked Malcolm Brogdon in the last move of the game, added 29 points and 7 assists.
Jayson Tatum was excellent on the losing side with 35 points and 14 rebounds, and can take solace in the fact that he was selected for the Eastern Conference All-Star.

Brooklyn (19:29) - Detroit (37:13) 130:122.
Some games on paper look easy, a guaranteed W, but on a night of surprises, the Pistons recorded their first road win over the Nets in five years.
Sadiq Bay scored 25 points for Detroit and led the camp, which he led to a small escape in the last quarter and a victory that comes after four straight losses.
Kyrie Irving was huge in Brooklyn with 40 points, but that's no compliment to the rest of his teammates.
The other results:
Charlotte - Chicago 96:111, Houston - Cleveland 113:95.
