Al-Ittihad Al-Ahly Aleppo topped the standings of the Premier League football teams after defeating Al-Majd with a single goal in the match that took place today at Al-Hamdaniya Stadium in Aleppo, for the tenth round of the competition.
Abdullah Al-Najjar scored the only goal of the match in the 45th minute, raising his team’s balance to 19 points at the top of the league standings, while Al-Majd’s balance stuck at two points in the 11th and last place.
And in Al-Jalaa Stadium in Damascus, the positive tie dominated the match between Al-Fatwa and Al-Wathba.
Al Wathba scored first through Ali Helwa in the 49th minute, and Al-Fatwa equalized it by Basil Mustafa in the 91st minute.
Al-Wathba raised his score to 17 points in second place temporarily, while Al-Fatwa raised his score to 15 points in fourth place.
At Al-Basil Stadium in Homs, the match was stopped at the last minute after the referee awarded a penalty kick to Jableh, which Al-Karama objected to, which led to the match not being completed, pending the decision of the Disciplinary Committee of the Football Association.
The matches of this stage started yesterday, with Al-Wehda tied with Hattin 1-1, to be concluded tomorrow with a meeting that brings together Al-Jaish with Al-Taliya at Al-Jalaa Stadium in Damascus.
