Hapoel Tel Aviv and Maccabi Tel Aviv will go up to the lawn in Bloomfield tonight (Saturday) for a game as part of the 20th round of the Premier League.
The Reds have not won a derby since April 2014 and came to tonight's match in the midst of a serious crisis in which they did not win seven consecutive games.
Maccabi Tel Aviv, on the other hand, is in a great mood after the crushing 0:3 over Maccabi Haifa and can narrow the gap to only three points, after the champion's 0:0 against Maccabi Bnei Rayna.
In Hapoel Tel Aviv, Haim Silves continued with a formation of three defenders, with David Kaltins starting in the center of the defense and Shlomi Azoulai continuing in the 11th.
Aleksandar Boljevic, who joined on Thursday, was included in the squad and made his debut as a substitute, as well as Reva Assig.
Maccabi Tel Aviv of course arrived without Oscar Gloch who was sold to Red Bull Salzburg and the one who got his place is Gabi Kanikowski.
Beyond that, Aitor Kranka has not made any changes and he hopes to continue to receive production from Eran Zahavi who is in fantastic form.
