Al-Jaish team rose to the top of the football Premier League after defeating Al-Talia with two unanswered goals in the match that was held today at Al-Galaa Stadium in Damascus at the end of the tenth round.
The two goals of the match were scored by Muhammad Al-Waked in the 47th minute and in stoppage time, to raise Al-Jaish to the top, which equaled it with Al-Ittihad, Al-Ahly Aleppo, with the same balance of points, amounting to 19 points.
The tenth round started yesterday with Al-Wahda’s meeting with Hattin, which ended in a 1-1 draw, while three matches were held yesterday in which Al-Ittihad defeated Al-Ahly Al-Majd with a goal without a response, and Al-Fatwa tied with Al-Wathba with a goal for the same, while the third meeting, which brought together Al-Karamah and Jableh, stopped in the last minute after The referee assigned a penalty kick to Jableh, which Al Karama objected to, which led to the match not being completed, pending the decision of the Disciplinary Committee of the Football Association.
