Flares pierced the nets in Bloomfield during the Tel Aviv derby (from social networks, in accordance with section 27a)
The Israel Police prepared in special preparation for the Tel Aviv derby held today (Saturday) at the Bloomfield Stadium, but even that did not prevent scary images before the game - when dozens of Maccabi Tel Aviv fans moved from gate 8 to gate 11 in a dangerous manner.
As I recall, Maccabi Tel Aviv fans were only assigned gates 10-11, and many bought a ticket for gate 8 - and wanted to sit with their yellow friends.

But the big farce happened at the start of the game.
Despite the special nets that were installed for the first time behind goals 5-4 and 11-10, fans of both teams threw dozens of flares that managed to pierce the nets easily, go through them and penetrate the surface, and the game was stopped for 12 minutes before a month due to the heavy smoke.
In response to the leaking nets, the sports hall company stated: "Unfortunately, we once again encountered violent and criminal behavior by a handful of fans who used unsafe means of combat and caused danger to human life. As stated, this is the first game in which the nets were installed as an experiment. The nets significantly reduced the damage to the players and the game and stopped a significant portion "We are investigating how some of the
flares
got through the net and we will make sure to improve the system to prevent their passage as well.
It seems that there will be no escape from reducing the intervals in the networks from 5 cm to 2.3 cm, even if unfortunately this may lead to damage to the viewing experience, which we wanted to avoid."
