Bayern Munich and Frankfurt said goodbye tonight (Saturday) in a 1:1 draw in the Bundesliga.
Oliver Glasner's Frankfurt grabbed a second-half equalizer to put the title race back on display, with Bayern Munich's lead at the top now just one point.
After a draw against Cologne back in the Bundesliga, the Bavarians started the game well, reminding why they have won 10 consecutive German championships.
The first goal of the game was by Leroy Sane, when the German player corrected a beautiful situation by Thomas Müller who was blocked.
Julian Nagelsmann criticized his team's complacent attitude in recent weeks, and despite a good display in the first half, the Bavarians' attitude hurt them again in the second half.
At the end of a fine counter-attacking move by Frankfurt, Randall Kolo Moani's seventh goal of the season stunned the Allianz Arena and set up a draw at the end.
