It is now a question of... months.
As we explained last week, an agreement between PSG and the Slovak defender of Inter Milan Skriniar has been reached, while the player is out of contract at the end of June.
The latter has indeed refused a final extension proposal from Inter and can now commit where he wants for next summer.
It will be in Paris, as he himself confirmed to Slovak media, Futbalsfz.
"Yes, it's true, but I can't say more at the moment," explained the 27-year-old player.
I am waiting for an agreement between the clubs”.
Because if it is therefore now certain that Skriniar will be Parisian this summer, it is still possible to see him land in Paris before the end of the winter transfer window, Tuesday evening.
PSG will indeed do the forcing in the last 48 hours to convince Inter for a dry transfer.
It remains to be seen whether the Italian club is ready to lower the asking price, Paris having little financial margin on this transfer window.
In one of the other hot issues at the end of the transfer window, Keylor Navas still wants to join Nottingham Forest.
But there is currently no agreement between the two clubs.
