The Serbian tennis player who won the Australian Championship and Grand Slam title number 22 shared: "

Novak Djokovic defeated Stephanos Tsitsipas today (Sunday) in three sets in the Australian Championship final, and won his 22nd career Grand Slam tournament.

The Serbian, who was expelled from the tournament a year ago because of the vaccine saga, was very emotional upon receiving the trophy and said: "I want to first of all thank Stefanos who moved me very much. You will definitely reach more finals. There is a lot of similarity between Serbia and Greece, two countries where tennis is not a popular sport. I want to tell the kids who play tennis, don't let anyone tell you that you're not capable. Everything is possible."

"Only me and my family know what we've been through here in the last four weeks. Thanks to everyone who made this tournament as amazing as it was. See you next year."
