The provisional report of the audit mission on the French Football Federation (FFF) highlights the inappropriate behavior of its president

The president of the French Football Federation (FFF) Noël Le Graët "no longer has the necessary legitimacy to administer" French football, taking into account in particular "his behavior towards women", pinpoints the provisional report of the mission on Monday. audit on the FFF, of which AFP obtained a copy.

As announced, this provisional report from the General Inspectorate for Education, Sport and Research (IGESR), commissioned by the Ministry of Sports last fall, was sent on Monday to the leaders of the body, including President Noël Le Graët and its Managing Director, Florence Hardouin.

The two leaders are not spared.

This report finds that the body's policy on gender-based and sexual violence is “neither effective nor efficient”.

The leaders of the FFF have until February 13 to take note of these conclusions and respond to them.

The mission also returns to the way in which Noël Le Graët, 81, exercises his power within the FFF, that is to say "more like a company manager comparable to a CEO, than as a president of association ".

"The president multiplies what some call "slippages", but which above all illustrate the drift of a solitary power without any internal regulation tool", specifies in particular the report.

The leaders of the FFF now have ten days to take note of the accusations made against them and respond to them.

Main recipients of this preliminary report, Noël Le Graët, withdrawn from his duties, and Florence Hardouin, laid off, are undoubtedly playing their future over the next few days, before the publication of the definitive and contradictory document, expected in mid -february.
