This report finds that the body's policy on gender-based and sexual violence is “neither effective nor efficient”.
The leaders of the FFF have until February 13 to take note of these conclusions and respond to them.
The mission also returns to the way in which Noël Le Graët, 81, exercises his power within the FFF, that is to say "more like a company manager comparable to a CEO, than as a president of association ".
