INFO LE FIGARO – Jean-Claude Skrela, one of the nine resigned elected members of Ovale Ensemble, wished to reconsider his decision. This having been notified in the minutes of the Steering Committee on Friday, it is however impossible for him to go back.

Would there be frying on the line of Oval Together, the opposition to the team of Bernard Laporte at the head of the FFR?

According to our information, one of its members would have backtracked after the collective resignation of the nine elected members of the Steering Committee last Friday.

Jean-Claude Skrela indeed called at the beginning of the week the secretary general of the Federation, Christian Dullin, to inquire about the possibility of canceling his resignation on a personal basis.

The resignations of the elected members of Ovale Ensemble, such as those of Bernard Laporte and the two representatives of the League, having been officially notified in the minutes of the Steering Committee, made public, it is however no longer possible to go back.

The resignation of Jean-Claude Skrela is therefore, like the others, recorded.

The former coach of the XV of France can however present himself at the end of June at the Congress of Lille to be re-elected to the Steering Committee at the General Assembly.

The Federal Office of the FFR must designate this Wednesday the name of the interim president.

Application which will then have to be validated on Friday by a vote of the Steering Committee.
