Just before the window closed, Hapoel Petah Tikva from the National League managed to sign midfielder Idan Vared, for a year and a half in the blue uniform.
The 33-year-old midfielder, who played for the last year and a half in Hapoel Tel Aviv, and before that in Maccabi Haifa, Beitar Jerusalem and Red Star Belgrade, was relegated to the second division in the hope of reviving his football career.

"I am happy to come to a huge club like Hapoel Petah Tikva," said Idan Vared after the signing.
"I have been to many big clubs in Israel and the world, and I know how important it is to bring Hapoel Petah Tikva back to the forefront. I gave up quite a bit of money to come here and be part of this amazing project. I am here to make the amazing fans of the team happy and bring Hapoel Petah Tikva back to the Premier League ".
