Juventus' American midfielder Weston McKenney has embarked on a new adventure and signed with Leeds United from the Premier League.
In a behind-the-scenes video released by his new team upon joining, the American revealed an amusing past story of him and Cristiano Ronaldo from the days when they played together for the Old Lady.
The pair spent two seasons as teammates together in Serie A, from 2020 to 2022, with the pair developing a friendly relationship with Ronaldo affectionately calling him "The Boy from Texas".
Wearing the new shirt and being introduced at Elland Road, Mackenny recalled: "Ronaldo was getting a massage and I walked past and said, 'Oh my God, your legs look awful. He said to me, mate, those legs are worth a billion euros. I told him he was right, hon.' .
"He said: my friend, these feet are worth 1 billion euros"
This Weston McKennie story about Cristiano Ronaldo is amazing 😂

While the Portuguese star's valuation may have been exaggerated, there is some truth behind that statement.
In 2009 it was reported that Real Madrid insured his legs for €111m (£100m) after he was injured.
