The Israeli transfer window has closed and the one who remains at Maccabi Haifa and is not expected to play too much until the end of the season, if at all, is Ben Shaher.

Today (Thursday) the dehydrated green striker wrote a post on his Instagram in which he commented on his frustrating situation.

"The transfer window is over and I'm staying at Maccabi Haifa," Shaher wrote, it's no secret that during this window I really wanted to go play football.

In the last few months I have been working like crazy.

I was also willing to make a lot of concessions for it.

I hear a lot that the question arises as to why I decided to stay at Maccabi Haifa.

Maybe my decision-making is based on a financial reason.

So it's important for me to clarify, throughout all the years of my career my top goal has always been to be on the field as much as possible."

Rejected requests from other teams and remained in Maccabi Haifa despite everything.

"A few weeks ago, several teams contacted me to come to them. At that point in time, I felt sensitivity in my leg that did not allow me to train properly and feel 100 percent, and on the advice of doctors, I should rest and take care of myself. It was important for me to be loyal and listen to my body, and also not to hurt the teams that wanted to, so I did not continue in conversations with them. Thank God I feel better and am already back to training, I will always continue to be the most hungry for football and work as hard as possible."
