The news is not good for Kylian Mbappé.
The PSG striker, injured in the first period of PSG's victory in Montpellier on Wednesday (1-3), passed examinations on Thursday which revealed a hamstring injury to the left thigh.
An injury that requires, in principle, three weeks away from the field, according to an internal source at the club.
But for the time being, the Parisian star is not yet forfeited for the reception of Bayern Munich on February 14 in the round of 16 first leg of the Champions League.
New additional examinations must refine the nature of his injury and therefore the duration of the absence of the 2018 world champion. This also depends on his ability to recover.
For Kylian Mbappé and PSG, the time trial to be ready to face the Bavarians in less than two weeks at the Parc des Princes has just begun.
