Munich – Rosi Mittermaier left the hospital a few weeks before her death to say goodbye to her closest family at home and to settle her financial inheritance.

reports, her husband Christian takes over all further arrangements with a power of attorney.
The couple married in 1980 in Rosi Reit im Winkl's hometown.
Even then, both decided against drawing up a marriage contract and instead entered into a community of gains.

Apparently, Rosi received her cancer diagnosis about six months ago.
The 72-year-old was one of the most successful and popular winter athletes in Germany.
In addition to her numerous sporting triumphs, such as the three gold medals at the 1976 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck, her social commitment also made her popular.
Rosi Mittermaier was committed to the environment
For example, in 2008 Rosi Mittermaier was awarded the Bavarian State Medal for services to the environment and health and in 2014 for special services to Bavaria in a united Europe.
Rosi also emphasized her commitment to the environment in an interview with the
