Hapoel Haifa announced today (Friday) the signing of the free forward Justin Tillman who signed this morning until the end of the season and at the beginning of next week he will land in Israel and strengthen Sharon Drucker's squad.
Tillman (26, 2.03 m), is entering his third term in Israel.
In 2019 he played in Gilboa/Galil and finished with averages of 19.9 points and 10.3 rebounds in 31 minutes per game.
After a one-season break, Tillman returned to Israel in 2021 and signed with Hapoel Tel Aviv, where he maintained an average of 19.7 points and 8.9 rebounds in 29 minutes per game.
Tillman also played in Turkey, Italy, for several teams in the G League - the NBA's development league, and played in the league in Puerto Rico (17.8 points).
The chairman of the club, Yuval Rossman, commented on the signing: "We needed a player who would help us under the basket on both sides of the court, and the fact that Justin just became available and that he already knows our league, helped us in choosing him."
