The artistic gymnastics competition season kicked off today (Friday) with the Union Cup, which was held at the National Sports Center in Hadar Yosef, Tel Aviv.
The one who won the gold medal is Alona Hillel from the Maccabi Association of Tel Aviv, who scored a total score of 130.850 points, and achieved a total of five gold medals, after she also achieved the debut on each instrument separately (with the highest score).
The silver medal was won by Daniela Munitz (Maccabi Makfat Petah Tikva), who achieved a result of 122.7 points, perfecting all four devices (bats, ribbon, hoop and ball).
Ilona Dudzin (Urani Holon) ranked third with 120.250 points.

It is important to note that the current European champion Daria Atmanov and Adi Katz did not take part in the competition, since they are in a training camp in Poland, together with the gymnastics team, who have already achieved the criteria for the Paris 2024 Olympics.
Next week, the apparatus gymnastics competition season will also be launched, with the Union Cup for boys, which will be held at the Wingate Institute in Netanya.
