Can decide an entire season: where will Kyrie Irving go? | Israel today

2023-02-04T06:55:02.460Z

LeBron James wants to reunite with the Lakers center, and throughout history he tends to get what he wants • Miami has a lot to offer, and Brooklyn would love to move Irving to the East • Maybe Dallas will finally want Luka Doncic?

Kyrie Irving continues to shock the Brooklyn Nets and the NBA.

Yesterday (Friday), Brooklyn's point guard stunned the league again, when he asked Brooklyn to leave the team and trade immediately, before the window closes on February 9.

In the United States, 3 groups are marked as leading to receive him.

"Israel Today" sorts out the optional goals, and the effects they will have on the season and the teams.

The Los Angeles Lakers

are the leading candidate to take on the point guard, in what will be the union between him and LeBron James, who will very soon become the all-time leading scorer in the league.

Irving was close to moving to the Lakers already in July, when even then there were talks between the teams.

If the trade does happen, Russell Westbrook is the one who may go the other way along with future draft picks.

LeBron wants this deal to happen, and historically James tends to get what he wants.

If the Lakers believe they can win a championship with Irving here and now, they will do anything to make that move possible.

Is Bron trying to run it back with Kyrie?

Miami Heat

When Kyrie requested a trade from Cleveland in 2017, Miami was on his list.

It was then reported that he and Jimmy Butler, who collaborated in the USA, wanted to play together in the league as well, but it did not work out.

Brooklyn would certainly prefer to move Irving west, and no team in the district can match the trade offers that Miami could make to the Nets, with Tyler Hero reportedly on the table.

Also, the Heat have Andy Ellsburg, the professional who is considered the best kapologist in the NBA.

Dallas Mavericks

Luka Doncic wants the Mavericks to trade.

Up until now, their resistance made sense.

In six months, they will trade their 2023 first-round pick to the Knicks and officially complete the Kristaps Porzingis trade.

When that time comes, they'll be free to offer their next seven first-round picks in a long-term star trade.

Irving seems like the only player available that satisfies all parties in Dallas.

Doncic gets the immediate help he craves, the Mavericks get Doncic as a satisfied and loyal star and a player who will help him take the club a step further.

On the table according to reports, Dorian Finney-Smith and Spencer Dinwiddie who has already played in Brooklyn.
