The Syrian women's basketball team lost to its Lebanese counterpart, 41-58 points, in its second match in the West Asian Championship held in Iraq.

And our team opened the championship yesterday by defeating the Iraqi team with a score of 62-45 points, and it will meet with the Palestine team tomorrow in its third match in the first round.

At the end of the first round of the tournament, in which the four teams play together, the first and second qualify for the final match, while the third and fourth face each other in the third and fourth place match.
