For a brief moment he raised his arms in celebration, but then Ángel Correa put his hands on his head in disappointment.
The Atlético Madrid forward thought he had scored his team's opening goal against Getafe FC on Saturday.
But the referee team had recognized an offside position.
It was his last action: Correa was then substituted (61st minute).
Almost two minutes later there were other pictures: the Atlético players ran to the sidelines, they all wanted to go to Correa, who suddenly, on the substitutes' bench, was declared the goalscorer.
After the video referee objected, the referees reversed their offside decision, and the goal counted.
1-0 for Atlético.
It was the fifth goal of the current season for Argentinian Correa.
Atlético could not take the lead over time.
Getafe scored the equalizer in the 82nd minute, Enes Ünal was the scorer.
Atlético is fourth in the table with 35 points.
