The 21st cycle in the Premier League was entirely dedicated to raising awareness for LGBT youth with an initiative between the Iggy organization and the leagues administration. Several players did not show up with shirts with the pride symbol on them when 9 out of 11 players from Bnei Sakhnin, Adrian Fawn from the Po'el BS, Case Ganem from the Po'el Tel Aviv and 6 players from Bnei Rayna decided not to honor the ceremony before the start of the games.
The one who took the fact that not all players respected the shirt is Omri Altman, a former Hapoel Tel Aviv player who is providing a great season at AA Larnaca in Cyprus.
"It's serious that players don't go up with the shirt of the Iggy association," Altman tweeted and received responses from Hapoel Tel Aviv fans who called for him to return to the team next season.

On the other hand, Abu Alam, the chairman of Hapoel Umm Al Fachem actually supported the players of the sector and said: "My fellow board members and I have been working for six years to promote social initiatives and impart values that every good and decent society must agree on, such as mutual respect, equality and tolerance.
We will never agree to be complicit in acts against our religion, we will never agree to promote values that are against us and our way.
Proud to be a part of a conservative company that does not agree to compromise, a big shout out to Sakhnin and Rayna players."
