Against the background of the rumors that she decided to divorce him, last night (Sunday) the wife of Dani Alves visited the Brazilian soccer player in the prison in Barcelona, for the first time since he was imprisoned for the rape case in which he is involved.
Joana Sanz arrived at the prison accompanied by a friend of Alves, and after her exit, after about 50 minutes, the media attacked her.
"I'm not going to leave him alone at the worst moment of his life," she said.
When asked if she was indeed going to divorce him, she replied: "No. It's a lie."
Asked how her partner feels behind bars, she said sarcastically: "What do you think?"

In Spain it was claimed last week that Sanz "does not doubt the testimony of the complainant", perhaps due to her past experience and acquaintance with Alves, and in any case wants to break up, perhaps due to past betrayals.
Another report claimed that she called her husband in prison and asked to visit him, but he refused: "Alves told Joana that he knows she decided to divorce him, but he doesn't want to lose her and that he loves her very much."
A few days ago Sanz deleted all her shared photos with the 39-year-old footballer from her Instagram account.
