Two days after being the victim of racist insults during a league game in Mallorca, the Real Madrid player has received support

The Spanish Football League on Tuesday denounced in a press release the racist insults once again suffered by Brazilian striker Real Madrid, Vinicius, during the league match in Mallorca on Sunday.

On images broadcast by the Spanish channel DAZN, you could hear at least one spectator at the Son Moix stadium calling the Brazilian a “monkey”.

Unacceptable remarks which prompted the body to open an investigation into these facts on Monday.

This is unfortunately not the first time that the 22-year-old Brazilian international striker has been the target of several racist incidents.

10 days ago, hours before the Madrid derby in the Copa del Rey quarter-final, a doll depicting the Real Madrid Brazilian was found hanging from a bridge in the Spanish capital next to a banner bearing the inscription 'Madrid hates Real Madrid'.

Faced with this nauseating situation, the League has already filed six complaints for racist insults against Vinicius in different cities.

Three were rejected, two others are being processed in courts in Valladolid and Madrid, cities where the player was insulted by fans of Racing Valladolid in December and Atlético Madrid in September.

"Spanish football has a problem with Vinicius," Merengue coach Carlo Ancelotti said on Tuesday in Rabat, where Real Madrid are due to play the semi-final of the Club World Cup against Egyptian club Al Ahly on Wednesday.

“It seems that he is the victim of something that I don't understand (…) and we have to solve it,” added the Italian technician.

A finding that seems to share the Spanish Football League.
