Brooklyn is falling apart.
Only a few days after Kyrie Irving left it in a trade to the Dallas Mavericks, and also managed to star this morning (Thursday) in his debut, another huge transition of his former Nets teammate, Kevin Durant, who moved to Phoenix, came.
At the end of the Dallas game, and when it became known about the big deal in the NBA, Kyrie was asked about his good friend and did not spare his criticism of Brooklyn: "This is not the first time we will be in competition as brothers. I just pray that he will be happy. We would care to see each other in places where we can thrive , together or separately. I'm just glad he got out of there."
Kyrie was asked if his departure was the first domino to fall on the Nets and answered: "It was at work, like after the first year. I wasn't sure if I wanted to be in Brooklyn again long term because of things that happened behind the scenes."
