Eight games were played tonight in the NBA league, this coincided with the victory of Danny Avdia and the Washington Wizards over the Indiana Pacers.

Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving played together for the first time, it happened tonight.

The league's exciting new guard duo combined for 55 points and ignited fans' imaginations, but Dallas fell to Sacramento in overtime, snapping its three-game winning streak. 

Irving finished with 28 points, 7 assists and 7 rebounds, Doncic had 27, 9 rebounds and 5 assists and Josh Green continued to stand out with 23, but it was not enough against Deron Fox's 36 points and 22 points and -14 rebounds by Domantas Sabonis.

Without the king of baskets of the NBA, LeBron James who was rested, but with DeAngelo Russell who made a renewed debut and scored 15 points, and showed good ability in the clutch, the Los Angeles Lakers beat Golden State. 

Roy Hachimura helped center with 16 and 7 rebounds, and Anthony Davis had a double-double of 13 and 16 rebounds despite having a bad shooting day going 5-for-19 from the field.

The Warriors got 29 points from Jordan Paul, Klay Thompson added 15 and Draymond Green finished with 12. Stephen Curry was again absent due to injury.

Brooklyn (23:33) - Philadelphia (19:36) 101:98

Mikael Bridges, who joined Brooklyn just a few days ago, has become its new leader, as his debut showed.

The forward scored 23 points, but missed a critical shot at the end and saw his team succumb to the Philadelphia Sixers in a close game. 

Brooklyn introduced an almost entirely new roster, with Spencer Dinwiddie, Cam Johnson, and Dorian Finney-Smith making their debut and joining Bridges in the top five.

Ben Simmons scored 4 points in 16 minutes off the bench.

Philly got another performance from Joel Embiid who finished with 37 points and 13 rebounds, and also enjoyed a good game from James Harden who added 29 against the former.

Joe Harris added 18 for the loss.
