Elmaleh, who has always stated that keeping in shape is important to her, still raises 2 small babies, which does not always allow her to go everywhere...
But in her new training routine, she trains with the little baby together, which is absolutely not a dream - squats, lunges, cubes, everything with the baby, so she emphasizes that there are no excuses at all.
In the new studio she frequents, mothers with children are happily accepted, for an immersive workout together, which gives mothers without a babysitter to their child peace of mind, quality time together, and even maximum calorie burning.
Elmaleh shared on Instagram: "My trainer Shahar mainly specializes in pregnant women and women after giving birth. The whole thing with her is female empowerment, she is not threatened by women coming to train with the baby and even has an activity and games area in the studio so there are no excuses and if necessary - I just take them with me and not I give myself up not even for one second. Shahar founded her amazing studio together with her partner, they are 25 years old, insanely ambitious, met through sports and are the cutest couple I've ever met in my life. Really!"
