The volleyball players of the SG Moosburg are about to be relegated from the district class.
On the double match day, the team went away empty-handed twice.
District
- Big disappointment in Moosburg's volleyball women and at least one cheer in the SCF second: That's the result of the double match day at the district class champion favorite TSV Wartenberg.
The SGM lost against the hosts with 1:3 (20:25, 25:19, 16:25, 24:26), Freising II with 0:3 (22:25, 21:25, 27:29).
In the district derby, the sports club kept the upper hand against the SGM with 3:1 (25:21, 22:25, 25:11, 25:14).
Ultimately, there was nothing to get for the district representatives against top team Wartenberg.
The Moosburgers kept up quite well, at least at times, without being able to dispute the victory of the hosts in the end.
Far away from their normal form, the Freisingers did little against TSV.
Freising II takes revenge in the derby
In a duel with SG Moosburg, who had won the first leg, the SCF second team presented themselves significantly stronger than against Wartenberg.
"We played poorly against Wartenberg.
I'm all the more pleased that we managed to get our revenge against Moosburg," says SCF coach Leander Liebl, emphasizing that with these three points his team has taken an important step towards staying up in the 1st district.

"We need ten to twelve points in the four games."
The SGM camp was disappointed after the two defeats.
"We only played two sets well in each game, but otherwise we were only able to call up 80 percent of our actual potential.
Unfortunately, that wasn't enough to succeed in the end," summed up Moosburg's coach Alexander Gradenwitz.
The Moosburg women are penultimate in the table.
In view of three fixed relegations and a relegation place, it will now be very difficult to keep the league at the end of the season.
"We still need ten to twelve points in the four games," calculates Gradenwitz.
