Jayson Tatum returned after one game away, Marcus Smart returned after nine games away and the two starred in the easy victory of the team that continues to establish itself as the best in the league and at this rate will have a home advantage throughout the playoffs.
Tatum was hot with 38 points, including 24 in the third quarter alone.
Smart was excellent with 9 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists and 6 steals and Malcolm Brogdon added 25 for the Celtics, who are still missing Jaylen Brown.
Bojan Bogdanovic led as usual from the other side with 28, but did not prevent a fifth loss in six games.
