Maccabi Haifa will be forced to play on Saturday in their away game against MS Ashdod without a natural left back as Pierre Corneux and San Menachem are injured.
The latter, who was injured during the match against Maccabi Bnei Rayna about two weeks ago, lost consciousness and is expected to remain absent until further notice, today (Thursday) shared his condition on social networks.
"I receive a lot of messages and calls from you out of concern for my well-being. I haven't really spoken until today and I disappeared for two weeks. I go back to the moment of the fall, a game against Raina where I went up to the ball for a header with the aim of scoring a goal," Menachem wrote.
"From that moment I didn't remember anything, I woke up in the ambulance and there they told me about the moments of worry. From that day on I have been undergoing a series of comprehensive tests, some good and some less so, and I will continue to undergo more of these in the coming weeks with the aim and ambition of getting the approval to return to the fields. Thank you for all the love, The concern and support. It's not obvious, love you all."
