Two minutes that changed everything
Led 1-0 by Lyon, the Auxerrois had to react quickly.
10 minutes after the resumption, the stirring Massengo accelerated, penetrated the surface and hooked Diomandé.
The latter committed the fault … penalty.
Without trembling, Perrin transformed it.
Christophe Pelissier's men then accelerated and planted a second stab two minutes later on a header from Jubal.
The defender tricked Lopes and allowed his side to take the lead.
In 120 seconds, Auxerre will have bent the Lyon defense.
Alone, Jubal managed to deceive the vigilance of the Lyon defense.

Three points that are worth gold
19th and penultimate with 15 points, Christophe Pélissier's men had no choice against Lyon this Friday evening.
To stay in contact with Ajaccio, Strasbourg, Troyes and Brest, we had to win.
And it's done!
With the three points of victory, Auxerre remains 19th but is tied with Ajaccio and Strasbourg, one point behind Troyes and two points behind Brest.
What put a little more pressure on these teams who will play Saturday and Sunday.
AJA also breaks a series of 10 games without a win, the last dating back to October 30 against Ajaccio (1-0).
Carried by a public of fire, Auxerre revives in the fight for the maintenance.

FLOPS
Diomandé failed
The match had however started well for Sinaly Diomandé.
The defender was the first to shine thanks to a header on target from a corner (17th).
More discreet thereafter, the 21-year-old Ivorian collapsed in two minutes.
At fault on Massengo, it is he who offers a penalty to Perrin and his family (50th).
Then he made a marking error and left Jubal alone on second base.
A difficult evening for the defender, who gave way to young Lepenant 20 minutes from time.
Diomandé conceded a penalty in the 50th minute.

Bad starts to Auxerre
The only downside for Auxerre: the start of the match.
Rather comfortable offensively, Nuno Da Costa's teammates conceded a goal ten minutes from the end of the first half on a header from Dembélé.
A scenario that repeats itself since it is the 19th time this season that AJA concedes a goal first.
Too bad, given the more successful second half offered by Christophe Pélissier's men.
A detail to be settled before a trip to Lorient in nine days.
