In the Saturday afternoon games of the 2nd Bundesliga, SpVgg Fürth won 2-1 (1-0) against Fortuna Düsseldorf.
FC St. Pauli also won 2-1 (0-1) at 1. FC Magdeburg.
Jahn Regensburg and Hannover 96 separated 1:1 (1:0).
On Friday evening, SC Paderborn won 1-0 (0-0) against 1. FC Kaiserslautern.
Holstein Kiel won 3-2 (2-0) at Eintracht Braunschweig.
FC St. Pauli traveled to Magdeburg with the tailwind of three wins in the past three games.
But in a lively encounter between the last team in the home table and the penultimate team in the away table, the hosts took the lead: Baris Atik scored FC St. Pauli's first goal of the year with a flick from a good 16 meters (39th minute).
The guests increased the pressure in the second half, but the goal had Magdeburg on their toes: Luc Castaignos was saved by Nikola Vasilj (66').
The acknowledgment followed in the 74th minute: Jackson Irvine headed in after a corner to equalize for the guests.
And things got even better for the team of coach Fabian Hürzeler, who is still unbeaten: Jakov Medić scored shortly before the end to make it 2-1 for the guests (88th).
Fürth has hosted Fortuna Düsseldorf six times so far, and the club has won six times.
Home duel number seven also started as usual: A cross from the left wing by Max Christiansen found Ragnar Ache in the middle and the loan from Eintracht Frankfurt headed in to make it 1-0 (28th minute).
In the 57th minute, Tobias Raschl prevailed in the visitors' penalty area, passed to Ache and the 24-year-old scored a volley to make it 2-0.
In the 62nd minute, Fortuna brought three new players into play and one of them surprisingly made the connection: Kristoffer Peterson after a confusing situation from close range (67th).
Jordy de Wijs from Düsseldorf caused a negative highlight: Substituted in the 88th minute, he was first booked for a foul and then yellow-red for the subsequent complaining (90+4).
The year 2023 has so far been one to forget for both Jahn and the guests from Hanover: three games, three defeats was the balance of the two.
Regensburg, who started the game bottom of the table, had reason to celebrate after a quarter of an hour.
Leon Guwara crossed to the back post, 96 defender Bright Arrey-Mbi failed to clear with a hoe and Sarpreet Singh completed the shot from close range (15').
After the change, Andreas Albers missed the big chance to make it 2-0: The attacker shot a penalty he caused to the half-right, where 96-goalkeeper Ron-Robert Zieler was already lying.
The Hanover goalkeeper was able to parry (55').
The acknowledgment followed shortly before the end: Cedric Teuchert scored the equalizer with a volley from 16 meters (88').
