The last party of the Brazilian star was for his birthday, on February 5, and lasted from 15:00 until midnight.

A celebration that turned the place where Neymar lived into a Brazilian music party and caused the head of the Boujibel neighborhood, Luc Wattel, to explode: "He is a disrespectful person."

One of the neighbors said: "I live across the street and my windows were shaking."

Some of the residents agree with the mayor, according to testimonies collected by the "Lakip": "He has no respect. Some of these parties lasted 48 hours," says a pensioner from the area.

"People complain, but he's there three times a year. At his age, it's normal for him to enjoy himself, and with the money he has, it doesn't surprise me that his parties are so big. Since his name is Neymar, everyone talks about him," says another neighbor.

The mayor of the neighborhood where he lives, Wattel goes further and compares him to Ronaldinho: "When Ronaldinho lived here, he would come to see the youngsters play on weekends. It was crazy for them. For five years we didn't see Neymar once, he's a ghost.
