At the Biathlon World Championships, an athlete made a telling discovery.
Oberhof - For Marketa Davidova it was not quite enough for a podium place at the Biathlon World Championships in Oberhof.
The Czech finished 16th in the individual, tenth in the pursuit, sixth in the sprint and even fifth in the mixed relay.
So these are just small things for the 26-year-old winter sports enthusiast.

The 2021 world champion now showed on Instagram what she and her team eat.
The video is from February 16th.
The pictures are highlighted with the official Biathlon World Cup hit: "OO-Oberhof" by the band "Dorfrocker".
The music group has caused quite a stir in the recent past for a controversial video against the climate stickers.
Davidova will probably not have noticed.
She writes about the pictures: "Tell me that you are in Germany without saying that you are in Germany".
This Internet trend has been haunting the web for some time.
Users show situations and use the sentence building blocks: "Tell me, you are in ... without telling me you are in ...".
In this case, Davidova showed her followers the food.

The Germans are often accused of diets heavy on sausages and meat.
Whether it's a barbecue in summer or the Leberkas roll for in between.
Germans also like noodles, it is one of their favorite canteen foods, although it is known to have its origins in Italy.
Emotions tend to get heated up over ketchup in the pasta, which many see as a no-go.
Davidova's post was also provided with a wink smiley - and the group seems to have liked it too.
