Hapoel Jerusalem started this game with a storm and relied on the momentum waves of the cup final.
Or Cornelius sewed two three-pointers right at the opening, Speedy Smith added another and ran the hosts to a quick 4:9.
Guy Goodes called a timeout, but Jerusalem actually came back better than him with another three-pointer by Carrington who established a record lead of 4:17 with another three-pointer.
Whoever thought that Holon would return to the game, then Jerusalem thought otherwise.
Harris and Dalton missed from the outside.
Brown punished Jerusalem with a sixth 3-pointer and Carrington established a 20 (!) advantage when a basket by Marvin Jones brought the teams down to the break of the first quarter at 12:28 for the cup holder.

The second quarter was marked by Holon's slow return to the game.
Chris Johnson and Marvin Johnson made points in the paint, Jerusalem started to miss from outside the arc and Ragland shrunk to 35:26 from the line.
4:33 minutes to the end of the second quarter Shawn Dawson scored the first three-pointer of the game for Holon and brought it back to a single-digit deficit again.
Brandon Brown missed a three-pointer and also committed an unsportsmanlike foul on Chris Johnson, who scored only one from the line, but CJ Harris scored on the follow-up attack and offset the deficit to only 40:34.
But Holon immediately grabbed a 3-pointer from Levi Randolph, who also scored the last basket to make it 40:51 for Jerusalem at halftime.

The third quarter was characterized mainly by fouls by both teams, with Speedy Smith scoring the first field goal almost four minutes into the quarter.
Holon managed to gain some momentum with a technical foul by Or Cornelius and a three-pointer by Ragland.
However, Lawai Randolph responded immediately with a basket and the fourth of four attempts by Cornelius returned the hosts to a comfortable lead of 46:59.
CJ Harris had already brought the guests back to a single-digit deficit, but Carrington's 3-pointer made it 53:65 for the hosts at the end of the quarter.

Holon made sounds of a comeback at the beginning of the last quarter.
Ragland hit a 3-pointer, Carrington missed and Shawn Dawson narrowed the horrendous deficit to only 65:58.
But instead of continuing to offset the gap, Jerusalem emerged with unexpected three-pointers by Brandon Brown and Oz Blazer, which returned Jerusalem to a comfortable double-digit lead.
This was also the stage when Holon was broken.
Marvin Jones lost a ball and Blazer sniped another three that brought Jerusalem back to the districts of the first quarter with 59:76.
The end of the quarter and this game was simply a nightmare for Holon, who grabbed three more three-pointers in a row.
