The photos are not clear, but according to the publication, Alves was seen at the entrance to the bathroom in the VIP area. According to the defense, the complainant entered two minutes after him, which contradicts her testimony to the police and the court.

What this means for Alves' representatives is that it proves that he did not force her to enter the cell.

As I recall, according to the complainant's version, Alves behaved aggressively, leaned on her and then threw her to the floor, grabbed her by the neck and slapped her while he forced himself on her.
