Oliver Kahn lets nothing come of Julian Nagelsmann.
But the Bayern boss took the players to his chest with clear words.
Munich – In the defeat against Borussia Mönchengladbach, not only the team, but also the Bayern coach gave a bad picture.
While the Bayern stars, who were decimated early on, found no means against compact Borussia on the pitch, Julian Nagelsmann became abusive to the referee team after the game, the referee boss counted him out for it.
Despite his verbal failures and what has really not been a sovereign Bundesliga season so far, the young coach enjoys unconditional support from the club management.
Oliver Kahn, Hasan Salihamidzic and Herbert Hainer emphasize this in unison.
After the Gladbach bankruptcy, the three most prominent figures in the club's management make it clear again: Nothing can come of Nagelsmann.
FC Bayern: Full support for Nagelsmann – Kahn takes players to task
“The team put in a strong performance in Paris in the Champions League and have now lost in Gladbach after a difficult game.
We can classify that very well, ”said Oliver Kahn in
Sport Bild
.
Of course, the Titan also expresses criticism - but this is aimed exclusively at the players.
“We clearly dropped too many points.
Now the players have to show that they are Bayern Munich," he said.
After the win against Paris, Hasan Salihamidzic got really upset about the coaching debate: "It annoys me!
It annoys me!
I wish that our coach would be allowed to work in peace.
All discussions are unnecessary.
Julian is a long-term project at FC Bayern.”

Bayern President Hainer stands behind Nagelsmann
President Herbert Hainer emphasizes: "Our goal is always to build something up in the long term." According to
Sport Bild,
FC Bayern has questioned its coaching decisions in recent years and now wants to back a horse for the long term.
And Nagelsmann is the horse of choice, internally there shouldn't be any doubts about Landsberger.
"I hear from the players that the coach works in a very conceptual and structured way," reveals Hainer.
"Julian has proven how quickly he can develop at the highest level." Nagelsmann seems to be untouchable - at least for the time being.
What he absolutely needs is the support of the team.
The early substitution of Thomas Müller should not necessarily have contributed to this.
