Robert Lewandowski and FC Barcelona say goodbye

FC Barcelona was eliminated from the Europa League despite a goal by top scorer Robert Lewandowski.
A week after the 2: 2 in the first leg, the leaders of the Spanish football championship lost the second leg of the intermediate round at Manchester United 1: 2 (1: 0) and thus missed the round of 16 of the Europa League after the preliminary round in the Champions League .
Former Bayern striker Lewandowski gave Barcelona the lead in the 18th minute with a penalty kick.
Brazilians Fred (47') and substitute Antony (73') turned the game around with their goals in favor of the English Premier League club.
The win keeps United in four competitions with title hopes this season.
The first title since 2017 is still possible.
Lewandowski and FC Barcelona have a good chance of winning the Spanish championship.
The club is currently well ahead of pursuers Real Madrid.
